Bellwether Strategies Client Wins Corporate Social Responsibility Award

On November 6, 2014, Bellwether Strategies client Leed Advisors Inc. was honoured with the inaugural Corporate Social Responsibility Recognition Award from the Surrey Board of Trade.

Leed Advisors is a chartered accounting firm based in South Surrey, British Columbia. It was honoured for “enhancing the civic environment in which it operates through participation in community programs, partnerships with community organizations, volunteering, educational and/or environmental initiatives, and for creating a positive environment for employees”.

The firm’s corporate social responsibility strategy was part of an overall reputation building plan that reflects the identity and values of Leed Advisors, its clients and its community. Bellwether Strategies Principal Consultant Natasha Chetty worked with the firm to create a framework that would identify goals, implementation tactics and metrics.

The recognition was truly an honour; Leed Advisors did not apply for the award nor was it aware of the category. The firm was also selected as a finalist for the Surrey Board of Trade 2014 Business Excellence Award in the 11-40 employees category.

Congratulations to Leed Advisors Inc.! It is a joy to work with clients who are so committed to a high standard of excellence as individual professionals, as a firm and as corporate citizens.
